FiiO BTR7 is the first Bluetooth decoding amplifier to support wireless charging

FiiO has released a Bluetooth decoding amplifier. The device has received the designation BTR7 and will be

available in versions for Android and iOS.The company intends to start selling in July and has announced prices of 1,299 yuan ($193) for the Android model and 1,349 yuan ($208) for the iOS model. The novelty received a 1.3-inch IPS screen and an aluminum alloy body. The amplifier architecture uses a design comparable to Hi-Fi players, including a DAC, a low-pass filter and an amplifier driver. The Bluetooth channel uses a Qualcomm QCC5124 chip that supports LDAC, aptX HD, aptX Adaptive HD codecs, as well as conventional AAC/SBC encoding. The manufacturer claims that the BTR7 is the first Bluetooth decoding amplifier on the market that supports wireless charging. The model has a built-in battery with a capacity of 880 mAh, which guarantees up to 9 hours of operation of the device. The model is equipped with 3.5 mm and 4.4 mm connectors.
