DIY desktop robot

Often young engineers go to various robotics clubs. But sometimes the process is so complicated that many simply give up.

Taiwanese company NUWA Robotics has created a less hardcore tech desktop robot. And yes, you can assemble it “from” and “to” with your own hands.

The set includes sensors, LCD display, microphone, servos and more. It may seem like it will be too hard, especially for beginners, but the kit has all the necessary tools and instructions for assembly.

Users can also program the robot themselves and customize its operation using the RoFlow Workflow interface.

The robot itself is quite small, but really functional: it can respond to voice commands, conduct video chats, and even offer various active games.

Such a designer for any person will be a very, very good gift.
