Demand for installing photovoltaic cells will grow by 50%

According to the research company TrendForce, this year the number of installed

photovoltaic cells, the power of which, according toforecast to reach 351 GW, corresponding to a growth of 53.4%. Demand for the installation of photovoltaic cells is growing in many regions of the world. Thus, in the Asia-Pacific region, it will grow by 55.4% and may reach 202.5 GW. In Europe, demand growth will be 39.7% to 68.6 GW, in North America demand will grow by 65.2% to 64.6 GW, in the Middle East and Africa the growth will be 49.5% to 14.9 GW. Since 2019, PV installation growth has grown at a double-digit pace and is now continuing to gain momentum despite inflation, global logistics challenges and geopolitical risks.
