The description of the last patent indicates thata trademark located on the back of the smartphone will act as an indicator of new notifications. The technical specifications of the patent decode the new functions of the logo, which will signal when an incoming call arrives, when an event reminder is triggered from the calendar, and in other cases. Signals will be emitted by a constant or flashing light signal, using which iPhone owners can personalize the device.

Patent Specifies Use“Signal” apple not only for smartphones, but also for other products of the company, in particular iPad, iMac or MacBook. The use of a luminous logo in laptops was already practiced in the MacBook, which were released until 2015.
