Recently there was information that Apple is actively looking for specialists in the field of generative AI not only in the US, but also in Europe and Asia.
This information is based on a number of vacancies,published by Apple. One of the ads reads: “We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in applied machine learning research. Responsibilities will include training large-scale language and multi-modal models, deploying compact neural architectures on devices, and developing rules that can be tailored to the user while respecting privacy.”
While Apple's specific AI plans have yet to be revealed, there is speculation that the company plans to use the technology to improve Siri's functionality.
