Apple will release an AR headset in early 2024, despite production problems


At a recent event in Cupertino, Apple CEO Tim Cook confirmed that the Vision Pro AR headset is still planned for release in early 2024.

Early Vision Pro testers raveddisplay resolution, video walkthrough capabilities and gesture recognition. Tim Cook also announced that the iPhone 15 Pro will be able to record spatial video, which could be an additional incentive to buy a helmet.

Despite reports that key partsHead-mounted displays, such as the external display, do not yet work on early models, Apple says there are no delays in release. This confirms that the company is sticking to its plan even when faced with production problems.
