Announcement. UMIDIGI Power 7 Max is a slow big smartphone with a super battery

Formally, the premiere of the smartphone UMIDIGI Power 7 Maxscheduled for May 19th. In fact, we will learn almost nothing new about the device on this day. Only the price. And maybe dimensions. Everything else is already known. The smartphone turned out to be quite peculiar, so let's get to know each other soon.

About relatives. In fact, UMIDIGI Power 7 Max is almost an exact copy of the UMIDIGI A13 Pro smartphone. Only that battery is twice as small.

UMIDIGI A13 Pro

The chipset is not the latest, not the most powerful and notespecially popular. Unisoc Tiger T610. In AnTuTu it will be in the region of two hundred thousand points. That, by modern standards, the level of budget devices. But with memory, everything is very good. 6 GB of operational and as much as 128 GB of permanent. Plus there is support for memory cards. The tray, however, is a hybrid.

The screen is impressive in size - 6.7″ (106 cm²), but not at all impressive in resolution, only 720 × 1650 (269 ppi). An increased refresh rate was also not delivered, only the standard 60 Hz.

That's what inspires infinite respect - it'sbattery. It has a capacity of 10,000 mAh here, i.e. about twice as much as the average modern smartphone. Charging is fast, but just a little bit. 18 W.

The set of cameras is moderately traditional. The front has a resolution of 16 MP. At the back is a trio of 48 + 8 + 5 MP from the main module, wide-angle and macro cameras. It is hardly worth expecting too much from the cameras. Although… Who knows.

With the section "Other" full order. There is support for NFC, there is dual-band Wi-Fi and Type-C. The fingerprint scanner is located in my favorite place - combined with the power button.

Formally, the smartphone page has already appeared inofficial UMIDIGI store on AliExpress. And now they want $283.32 (₽19800) for the UMIDIGI Power 7 Max. In fact, I think that by the time of the official premiere, the price will drop significantly. If UMIDIGI A13 Pro with the same amount of memory can now be bought for $159.99 (₽11100), then how much would you give for the same thing, but with a double battery?
