Everything was mixed up in the Oblonskys' house. You find the announcement of a fresh smartphone of a respected Japanese brand, but it turns out that it’s not all that Japanese.

Indonesia announced a standardmodern unsophisticated smartphone Sharp Aquos V6 5G. With support for 5G networks, of course. (Not to be confused with a simple Sharp Aquos V6 without support for 5G networks. That one is also sold in Indonesia, but completely different).

Brief archaeological excavations have shown that the Aquos V6 5G is an exact copy of the TCL 40R 5G smartphone sold somewhere in Europe. One to one, including appearance.

The very popular MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset, which means that the smartphone will give 300-350 thousand points in AnTuTu.

Not enough RAM, only 4 GB. Permanent - 128 GB (TCL also has a variant of 4 + 64 GB). There is a place to put a memory card.

Standard size screen, 6.6″ (105 cm²). The resolution is low, only 720×1612 (267 ppi). The refresh rate of the screen is slightly increased - up to 90 Hz.

The battery is no less standard than the screen - 5000 mAh. Charging is slightly accelerated - 15 watts.

Standard budget camera set. 8 MP front, 50+2+2 MP rear. With a probability of 99%, the main camera sensor is Samsung ISOCELL JN1.

There is an NFC module, Type-C, dual-band Wi-Fi and a side fingerprint scanner.

Sharp Aquos V6 5G will cost 3,499,000 rupees (₽13,700, $225) at the start of sales.

For comparison, the TCL 40R 5G has a starting price of €239.90 (₽14700, $241) (for the same amount of memory, i.e. 4+128 GB).
