Announcement. Redmi 10 Power is a double smartphone with more RAM

In hot India, the announcement of the Xiaomi Redmi 10 Power smartphone took place. Nothing fundamentally new. Modification of the device Redmi 10 India (not to be confused with Redmi 10 Global, that is completely different).

I see two differences from the ancestor.First, it's colors. And, secondly, this is the amount of RAM. That's all. Generally strange people. I understand if they increased the battery and added the word Power to the name of the smartphone. But what about RAM?

OK. About characteristics.

Chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, sharpened underdevices that do not support 5G networks. We are waiting for around 250 thousand points in AnTuTu. 8 GB of RAM (versus 4/6 GB in the ancestor), 128 GB of permanent memory. There is support for memory cards (separate tray).

Large screen without increased refresh rate. 6.71″ (109 cm²). The exact resolution is not specified. HD+. Apparently, 720x1650 (268 ppi).

The battery is excellent, as much as 6000 mAh. Charging is slightly accelerated - 18 watts. But there is no fast charger in the package.

With cameras, everything is quite simple. Very modest front camera, only 5 MP. There are two rear cameras, 50 + 2 MP. Main and depth sensor.

From the unexpected. The fingerprint scanner was suddenly shoved on the island to the cameras.

Everything else is standard. Type-C, dual-band Wi-Fi. NFC support is not mentioned. Looks like she's not here. As there is (probably) no IR transmitter. But there is a standard audio output.

And about the price. ₹14999 (₽15600, $197) at the start of sales.
