Announcement. Oukitel WP12 - an inexpensive armored smartphone on Android 11

Oukitel in its repertoire. Formally, the Oukitel WP12 smartphone has not yet been announced. In fact, it has already appeared in one of the Oukitel branded stores on AliExpress. The price is not high, only $ 149.99 (₽11200).

Oukitel WP12 is advertised as the world's first rugged smartphone on the eleventh version of Android. Protection plus a modest price - it's immediately clear that the smartphone is weak ...

With protection, everything is traditional.Water-dust-proof is promised (IP68 and even IP69K - can be washed with hot water under pressure). Plus MIL-STD-810G is mentioned. Unfortunately, without much detail. It only says that you can drop it from a height of one and a half meters.

There is a slight confusion with iron.They write about the MediaTek Helio A22 chipset, although the characteristics are more similar to the Helio A20. Not the point, these chipsets are almost the same. And there is no reason to hope for more than 70-80 thousand AnTuTu points - frankly the budget level.

Memory is relatively good. 4 GB of operational, 32 GB of constant. There is support for memory cards - and it clearly will not be superfluous - but the tray is hybrid, you will have to sacrifice a second SIM card.

The screen is small, only 5.5 ″. The resolution is not high, 720 × 1440. But on such a modest diagonal it gives quite normal 293 ppi.

Medium battery, 4000 mAh. They promise 18W fast charging.

Don't expect much from cameras. Front camera 5 MP, behind two modules 13 + 0.3 MP. Moreover, the main module is Sony IMX135 - already in 2013.

Suddenly there is an NFC module. However, there is no fingerprint scanner ... Dual-band Wi-Fi is good. USB is an ancient Micro. This is bad.
