Announcement. Lenovo Legion Y900 - powerful huge tablet, Chinese version

Lenovo has introduced a huge and very powerful Lenovo Legion Y900 tablet in its native China. (In Chinese, its name is written using hieroglyphs - 拯救者Y900).

In fact, we have already met this tablet.Lenovo showed it at CES earlier this year. True, under a different name - Lenovo Tab Extreme. Those. we get the usual scheme. In China, the product is called like this, but in the rest of the world it is called like that.

One nuance. For Lenovo Tab Extreme, it seems, support for mobile Internet was announced. At least it was written in the official pdf-file with the characteristics.
And for Lenovo Legion Y900 support for mobile networks is not mentioned. Wifi only. However, Tab Extreme is still not on sale. And who knows what versions there will be in the end.

Let's remember the characteristics. Fortunately, the tablet is curious.

Let's start with the fact that this joy has a screendiagonal 14.5″ (610 cm²). My laptop has a smaller screen. Resolution is high, 3000×1876. But on such a diagonal, this gives not so many dots per inch, only 244. OLED screen, refresh rate up to 120 Hz.

Iron. Top chipset from MediaTek, Dimensity 9000 (around a million points in AnTuTu). Those. We have flagship performance.

Memory. What for China, what for the rest of the world, the only option has been voiced so far. 12 GB RAM, 256 GB storage. And, by the way, there is even support for memory cards.

The battery inspires respect - 12300 mAh. The charging speed is high - 68 watts.

The rear camera is suddenly double, 13 + 5 MP. Although, of course, it is difficult to imagine that someone will use this bandura as a camera.

The front camera also has a resolution of 13 MP. Plus, it seems that there is a ToF sensor next to it for better face recognition.

Other. There is Type-C (moreover, in the amount of two pieces), Wi-Fi 6E, a Pogo Pin connector for connecting a keyboard. They promise a powerful sound - there are already eight speakers. There is also a fingerprint scanner. But where exactly this scanner is located is not specified. Somewhere on the side, most likely.

At the start of sales in China, Lenovo Legion Y900 will cost ¥4999 (₽55800, $725). In the future, they promise to increase the price to ¥5999 (₽66900, $870).
