Announcement: Cubot X19

On the eve of the New Year, the Chinese company Cubotpromised recently to release its first smartphone running the Android 9.0 Pie operating system - the Cubot X19 model. The device was positioned as a “middle class killer”, promising not top-end, but very decent specifications at a very reasonable price.

The device is officially presented and even went on sale. The price tag is really moderate - $ 160 (about 11 thousand rubles) at the start of sales. Specifications and in fact quite decent.

Chipset for the middle class is normal - MediaTekHelio P23. The capacity of RAM is enough - 4 GB. On the volume of the drive did not save - 64 GB with the possibility of expansion. The screen pleases the eye with a regular rectangular geometry, the diagonal is 5.93 ″, the resolution is 1080 × 2160 pixels.

A good battery - 4000 mAh. Charges the smartphone through a symmetrical Type-C port. This did not affect the presence of a normal adobe output.

Traditional fingerprint scanner - on the back. NFC support is not announced, but no one promised it.

In general - not deceived. Almost everything was promised, except for the smallest nuance. With the latest operating system, it somehow did not work, and the device was released for Android 8.1 Oreo. Updates to the nine, which, of course, promised, will have to wait.
