An inexpensive retroid pocket 3 portable console has been released that can run Playstation 2 and Nintendo 64 games (4 photos)

Startup GoRetroid has released a portable console Retroid Pocket 3. Compared to the previous generation, the device received an elongated body and an enlarged display.

Retroid Pocket 3 specifications are as follows:Android 11, Unisoc Tiger T310 quad-core processor, PowerVR GE8300, 2/3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory with microSD slot. Roughly speaking, the characteristics are rather mediocre, but they are quite enough for retro games.

The battery capacity for the console is only 4000 mAh. There is support for Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 5.0. For control, analog sticks, D-Pad and ABXY buttons, as well as triggers are provided.

The built-in HDMI port allows you to outputpicture to a 720p TV. Power will be maintained using USB-C. In addition, there are built-in 2W speakers and an audio jack for connecting wired headphones.

The built-in console emulator can run Dreamcast, PSP, Nintendo 64, PlayStation 2 and Game Cube games.

The Retroid Pocket 3 is available for pre-order on the official website for $119 for the 2GB RAM version and $129 for the 3GB RAM version.
