About Realme X50 5G officially told in Russia. What is it for?

Realme brand appeared on the Russian market for six monthsback and already offers local users several interesting models - from the budget realme C2 to the top-end realme X2 Pro on the Snapdragon 855+. It seems that in the foreseeable future a smartphone with support for 5G networks will also be added to them. The Russian office of the company sent out a press release on the model realme X50.

The model was announced in the Chinese market 7January 14, January started selling the device. Realme X50 became the first in the brand portfolio supporting 5G networks. And this is not his only plus. The model is equipped with a 64-megapixel camera, built on the latest Snapdragon 765G chipset (7-nanometer process technology, however, plus a built-in 5G modem) and has a 4200 mAh battery with fast charging of VOOC 4.0 standard (gaining 70% charge in 30 minutes, charger 30 Watts included).

The realme X50 also boasts its ownshell realme UI. This modification of ColorOS, which, in turn, is based on the Android OS, offers a number of improvements: better animation, energy saving and performance. Icon design can be changed - fit into a circle, increase, decrease or make translucent. And there are 11 wallpapers to choose from.

Among the innovations there is a convenient feature -the flashback button available during games allows you to switch to another application without pausing the game. There is a certain “focus mode” in which the smartphone ceases to be a distracting agent - external notifications are blocked and music is turned on. New gestures are provided: in particular, to create a screenshot, hold three fingers on the screen for several seconds, with the ability to crop the image.

Realme X50 got 6.57-inch screen with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. Half a dozen cameras - two in front, four in back. The front module is composed of a 16-megapixel Sony IMX471 main selfie camera and an 8-megapixel wide-angle (105 °). This combination provides not only the ability to shoot wide-angle group portraits, but also night shooting, bokeh effect, and even video with stabilization.

The main photomodule consists of a 64-megapixelSamsung GW1 cameras with an aperture of f / 1.8, an 8 MP wide-angle camera with a focal length equivalent to 15.7 mm and a 12 MP telephoto camera (equivalent to 54 mm). All this together provides a 20x hybrid zoom. There is one more module - separately for macro shooting.

There is a lot of RAM or a lot of prohibitive - 8 and 12 GB. The capacity of the built-in flash memory is also considerable, but you need to keep in mind that it is not expandable.
