A giant base with current WhatsApp user numbers has appeared on the Web. In total, it includes 487 million numbers collected around the world - from the USA and Great Britain, to Turkey and Russia.
Considering that, according to the latest data, 2 billion people are registered in WhatsApp, it can be calculated that the merged base includes about 25% of their total number.
Cybernews specialists conducted a study on a free fragment, which showed that all the indicated numbers are indeed linked to the accounts of the popular messenger.
According to experts, if we talk about Russian users, then about 10 million numbers of Russian residents were collected in the leak.
