New from Aston Martin gets a body length of 3meters and a width of 1.1 meters. It will be a full-fledged rear-wheel drive electric vehicle with 10-inch wheels. The dimensions will allow you to place an adult and a child in the cabriolet. High strength and reliability of the structure, along with low weight, is ensured by the original cellular aluminum used for the chassis and composite materials for the body. The total weight of the Aston Martin DB5 Junior will be 270 kg. The 5 kW (6.7 hp) electric motor allows you to travel at speeds in excess of 48 km / h (30 mph).


Autonomous driving is provided by a batteryunit with a capacity of 1.8 kWh, located under the hood, which makes it possible to quickly replace it with a charged battery. The buyer will be able to choose the version of the car with a double capacity battery. The travel radius on one battery will be from 16 to 32 km. The construction and design of the cabin and dashboard completely copies the original appearance.

Children's Aston Martin DB5 Junior is able to workin three driving modes. This is a "Novichok" with a limited power of 1 kW (1.3 hp). In this mode, there is a remote (up to 30 meters) engine shutdown, when the car goes beyond 30 meters, the engine turns off automatically. Expert mode is intended for more experienced drivers and uses 5kW of power at a maximum speed of 48 km / h. The third Race mode is the Balance of Performance (BOP) setting, which matches the acceleration and top speed of the vehicle with other Little Car Company models for competition on level tracks.

Car equipment is also provided in the modeVantage, in which the Aston Martin DB5 Junior receives increased engine power (up to 10 kW or 13.4 hp) and a double-capacity battery that provides a trip up to 64 km without recharging.

The base model Aston Martin DB5 Junior willsold for $ 46,700, and with the maximum configuration of the Aston Martin DB5 Vantage Junior, the price rises to $ 60,000. The start of production is scheduled for next year. It is planned to build 1059 cars, which fully corresponds to the circulation of the original Aston Martin DB5.
