The UMIDIGI company has done its best. UMIDIGI A13 Pro 5G is their nineteenth smartphone this year. Of course, it’s far from OPPO / Vivo, but still the result inspires respect.

In short, UMIDIGI A13 Pro 5G looks like a very reasonable smartphone. Everything is with him. Iron, screen, battery. Unless the cameras are likely to be rather weak.

I don’t see close “relatives” of the UMIDIGI A13 Pro 5G. The namesake UMIDIGI A13 Pro 4G is similar except for the battery capacity and the number of megapixels in the main camera. Completely different devices.

About the characteristics.

The chipset is the super-popular MediaTek Dimensity 700. In AnTuTu, we are waiting for 300-350 thousand points, which is quite drawn to the modern middle class.

The amount of memory is at the same modern average level. 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. There is support for memory cards, but the tray, however, is a hybrid one.

Average screen. Diagonal 6.5″ (102 cm²). The resolution is high - 1080 × 2400 (405 ppi). The refresh rate is slightly increased - up to 90 Hz.

The battery is moderately capacious, 5150 mAh. Charging is slightly accelerated - 18 watts.

A set of cameras by modern standards is quitesimple. Although the number of megapixels in the front camera is more than decent - 24. Well, the rear trio - 48 + 16 + 5 MP (main camera, wide-angle, macro). Next to the cameras, on the same “island”, is an infrared thermometer. A nice, though not particularly useful (due to low accuracy) feature.

Other. Everything is great. There is an NFC module, a gyroscope, Type-C, dual-band Wi-Fi. The fingerprint scanner is located on the side.

There is a slight confusion with the price.The smartphone has already appeared in the UMIDIGI brand store on AliExpress. And now they want $229.99 (₽15,300) for it. But at the same time, one of the pictures shows slightly more pleasant numbers – $189.99 (₽12,700). Probably, it is supposed that you need to put your smartphone in the basket and wait for the weather of the starting sale by the sea. Or not.
