Vivo S1 with retractable camera announced in China

Nothing special, Vivo just continues to quietly develop its theme with retractable cameras.

In fact, the Vivo S1 is just a variation on the Vivo V15 for the Chinese market. There are differences, but small.

First, the front camera. In the V15, it is as much as 32 MP. S1 megapixels are a quarter less - 24.8. Secondly, the battery. The S1 declared capacity 3940 mAh vs. 4000 mAh in V15. In fact, it fits into the “rounding error”, but officially it sounds that way, a little differently. Third, the LTE frequency. S1 is devoid of the ranges we need, the seventh and the twentieth.

More differences are not visible. The set of front cameras is the same, 12 + 8 + 5 MP. Apertures are not listed, but they are unlikely to be different than the V15. The same more than a decent processor MediaTek Helio P70. Equally much memory - 4 + 128 GB. The same (up to hundredths of a millimeter) dimensions. And so on.

It is worth vivo S1 at the start of sales of 2298 yuan, i.e. about 22,000 rubles. For comparison, the initial price of the Vivo V15 in the Russian market is 28,990 rubles.
