Announcement. Amazon Fire Max 11 is a tablet with a brand new chipset

Amazon decided it was timegrow the diagonals of your tablets. And announced the eleven-inch Amazon Fire Max 11. Indeed. The population is aging, the eyes are deteriorating. Larger diagonals are needed to consume content.

As usual, the Amazon tablet is a thing in itself. own ecosystem. The operating system is called Fire OS 8. It was created on the basis of the old Android 11.

The chipset is unusual. MediaTek MT8188J. Performance is not very clear. But, most likely, plus or minus should fit into the middle class. I predict for 300 thousand points in AnTuTu.

Memory by modern standards, of course, is not enough. Only 4 GB of RAM. And 64-128 GB permanent. Support for memory cards is available.

The screen appears to be perfect.average. IPS-matrix with a diagonal of 11 ″ (344 cm²) and a resolution of 2000 × 1200 (212 ppi). The increased refresh rate is not mentioned. So it looks like it's not here.

The capacity of the battery is not named. They promise that it will be enough for 14 hours for some unknown reason with an unknown screen brightness. Full charging time with a 15W charger is 3.5 hours. Charging is included in the standard delivery package, but simpler - only 9 watts.

Cameras. Simple single. 8 MP front and rear.

No GPS module, no mobile internet support. Internet access - only through Wi-Fi 6. But suddenly there is a fingerprint scanner (combined with the power button).

Single tablet prices start at $229.99 (₽18400) for the 4+64GB version with ads on the lock screen. For the lack of advertising, you will have to pay an additional $15.

A set of tablet, keyboard and stylus will cost $100 more - i.e. from $329.99 (₽26500) for 4+64 GB with ads and up to $379.99 (₽30500) for 4+128 GB without ads.
