Announcement. AGM PAD P1 - tablet. Let it be trivial, but waterproof

AGM has announced its first tablet and called it in a simple way - AGM PAD P1.

The tablet is like a tablet.Average, modern. But with one important addition. Full protection against water and dust is declared - according to IP68 and IP69K classes. But the tablet clearly did not pass the test for compliance with MIL-STD-810. Translated “from Chinese”, this means that it is not an armored car, there is no anti-shock here, and close.

About the characteristics.

Like about half of all moderndevices, our tablet is based on the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset. We usually expect about 400 thousand points in AnTuTu. (A little less if AnTuTu is ninth and a little more if AnTuTu is tenth).

Memory. Everything is fine. 8 GB operational, 256 GB permanent. There is support for memory cards.

The screen has a diagonal of 10.36″ (305 cm²) and a resolution of 225 ppi (2000×1200). There is no increased refresh rate.

The average capacity of the battery is 7000 mAh. Charging a little accelerated - 18 watts.

Cameras are simple. 5 MP front, 8 MP rear.

There is support for LTE networks, dual-band Wi-Fi, Type-C, standard audio output. There is no gyroscope.

There is a slight confusion with prices. The official website indicates that the tablet will cost $199 (₽16200), but for some reason with a note
“Wi-Fi (Every iPad can connect to Wi-Fi)”. As if we are talking about some kind of non-LTE network support. Well, yes, obviously thanks to the automatic translators from Chinese.

On AliExpress, the start of sales is scheduled for June 12.But how much AGM PAD P1 will cost there, I find it difficult to say. $219 (₽18400)? Or even minus forty? With or without mobile network support? We'll find out soon.
