Kalashnikov showed a new machine gun chambered for 5.56 mm NATO

Concern "Kalashnikov" meets consumers halfwayand provides an experimental sample of the weapon, working with the customary cartridge. On the official page of the concern on Instagram, some parameters of the AK-19 are presented, which received a barrel with a length of 415 mm. The mass of the machine is 3350 g.

The new product can be found in the demothe center of the Kalashnikov concern from 23 to 29 August in the Patriot park near Moscow. It is noteworthy that the RPK-16 light machine gun, AK-12K and AK-15K prototypes have already been created for the 5.56 mm caliber.
